Navrioska is a Telematics Engineer (Bachelor in Computer Science, Programming, Networking, Electronics and Telecommunications) turned Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) and multidisciplinary artist. Over 15 years, she has architected fiber networks, led cloud migrations for 1,500+ users, launched AI hackathons across 5 countries, and painted murals at city scale, from a 1,700 sq ft wall in the Dominican Republic to a dome installation in Times Square.

She co-founded Mujeres en la Ingeniería RD, the Dominican Republic's first community for women in engineering, and was featured as a storyteller on NPR's The Moth Radio Hour.
