Not two identities.
One frequency.

I see patterns and opportunities in the middle of complexity, where other people only see problems.

I have always moved between worlds without feeling the need to choose between Engineering and Art Expression, between structure and instinct. For me they are intertwined and need each other to function at their finest.

Some of that shows up in obvious ways. Program management, creating systems, working across teams and ideas that do not naturally fit together. Some of it shows up outside of work and can look like: planning a family event, building trust with my dog for her to follow my lead, learning new songs and creating some of my own, pushing myself on a trail to train my body and mind on hardships.

I am constantly learning and by that I make a point to do at least two things I have never done before every year. New experiences where I learn, fail and try again and might not be great at, and that is ok.

I connect with people who take their craft seriously. I am here for the builders, the dreamers, the creators. People who care about what they are developing and how they show up while doing it.
